This unit has a deck that fronts from Master Bedroom to living room.
Walk onto beach sand from our condo – less than 50 meters to the 1st or 2nd pool.Condo is furnished with authentic Mexican vibe, comfortable furniture and tables, wall hangings, and wall cabinet-credenzas.
Sleeping arrangements include 2 Master BR’s, both with large king-size beds.
There is a fold-away couch [queen] in the lounge.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before their scheduled check-in date. Reservations made between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking. After the 48-hour grace period, cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival..
Terrasol Resort Fee
A nightly Resort Fee is collected directly by Terrasol Resort upon arrival at the front desk. This fee provides access to the resort's amenities, including the swimming pools, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. Guests arriving before the official check-in time are welcome to enjoy the resort facilities, and the front desk will securely store luggage until the accommodation is ready.
Resort Fee Schedule:
1–2 guests: $19.50 USD per night
3–4 guests: $24.50 USD per night
5–6 guests: $29.50 USD per night
7–8 guests: $34.50 USD per night
Parking
On-site parking is available for $5 USD per day or $25 USD per week. Please note that parking is limited to one vehicle per unit.
Cleaning Fee
A one-time cleaning fee of $35 USD applies to each reservation.
